Any Santa Fe agent can sell a desirable house in a hot market, but we were facing a very weak market and terrible economy. We were introduced to Jarred and I was immediately impressed with his deep understanding of market forces and buyer behavior. He predicted almost to the penny what the final selling price would be and how quickly it would sell. We gave him the green light to proceed and almost immediately he brought us an offer. After managing some sensitive negotiations for us (again, to the letter), he remained our advisor with other matters such as out of state shipping of furnishings. I could not give Jarred a higher recommendation. He’s the best at what he does.

Jarred is an excellent real estate agent! He followed through with every promise he made and was proactive in finding ways to show and market our home. He has a very high level of professionalism, was immediately responsive to our calls from listing to closing…and even after closing when one utility company had forgotten to move the service to new owners. Working with Jarred was positive and successful for all parties involved! We highly recommend him and would use him again!

Jarred Conley is by far the best real estate agent I have worked with. I live out of state but he made the process seamless utilizing electronic forms that were concise and easy to use. Jarred was a pleasure to work with. He helped us not only sell our home but find and buy our new one. At one point our neighbor backed into his, and on another day, his partners truck as well, (causing damage to both vehicles). We saw some strange homes and dealt with some crazy sellers.
