Founded in 1694 by Spanish Explorers, Tesuque (pronounced “Teh-sue-key”) is located just north of Santa Fe. It is many things, a Pueblo of the Tewa peoples, a Village, an arts community, a Census Designated Place, a contiguous Santa Fe community, and a place to gamble.
